Bean Residential Group (BRG) was created by Wanda Bean in the year 2000, five years after she retired from the United States Navy as an E-6. She created BRG under the pseudonym Business Adventures and operated under the motto “Easy Budgets – Easy Does It” as her catch phrase. The company mission at the time was to assist clients in developing and executing plans to achieve their dreams and focus on business concepts resulting in the creation of active income. Ms. Bean became involved in many business adventures including property investments, and small business ownership. By the year 2020 she managed or invested in over 30 businesses while working in private banking. She also assisted over 3000 individuals or families using her Easy Budget – Easy Does It panning model. Most of those who received her assistance were veterans themselves, down on their luck or homeless.
Ms. Bean worked one-on-one with most of her clients or their families and added immeasurable benefits to each of their lives. Through her natural knack for accounting and her financial prowess it became clear to her that she could impact the world the most by imploring others to think of attainable goals beyond how to make money. She wanted to be the catalyst that changed the way others thought about money in general. Making money from money or creating passive income became a focus with each client.
Ms. Bean had 20 years of experience working with clients to achieve financial security when the 2020 pandemic hit. Housing options for homeless and Veterans working to regain a semblance of everyday life were limited prior to the housing market shift that followed the pandemic. After that shift, it wasn’t difficult to identify a gap in the housing market that still needs to be filled. With the help of Ms. Bean’s Husband Gary Bean and their son Gee-Gee Bean, Bean Residential Group created a new mission statement following the 2020 pandemic.

Today, Bean Residential Group owns or manages over 10 properties in various states in the U.S.A. The CEO is Gary Bean, Mrs. Bean’s husband, and at this point they have turned most of the day-to-day work over to their son Gee-Gee Bean. In the early years Gary Bean, a graduate at Virginia Tech, worked at Navy Federal Credit Union. He transitioned to government work and for 30 years was employed by multiple branches of the military. He concluded his service work in 2011 as a GS-15. Shortly after retirement Mr. Bean began to spend his days assisting with and eventually settling into his current role as CEO of Bean Residential Group.
In 2020, after multiple years of traveling across the United States researching how different business units train and manage employees Gee-Gee Bean, a graduate of George Mason University, began to work alongside his parents. He used his corporate knowledge to assist BRG in organizing and becoming an Incorporation. He is currently the Executive Director of Bean Residential Group.
